Bruno Burlando is professor of Physiology at the Msc Degree Course in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology, and at the School for Hospital Pharmacy Specialization.
Since more than thirty years, he is involved in research studies on cell biology, concerning intracelular calcium dynamics and redox cell systems, and more recently, the study of loop dynamics in cellular and multicellular control systems. Current research lines include: responses of calcium mobilization systems and signal transduction mechanisms to bioactive substances; chracterization of functional loops in multicellular systems.
